Nigel Davidson is a popular gospel singer from a little village outside Magherafelt in Co. Londonderry. Since 1995, he has been singing around Northern Ireland and Co. Donegal at Sunday evening services, gospel missions and concerts.
Nigel was initially encouraged to start singing by his girlfriend at the time, who later became his wife. She was singing in a group and Nigel was asked to step in and sing at a few of their bookings when they weren't able to make it. When these venues asked Nigel back for a second time, realised that perhaps this was an avenue of ministry he could pursue.
In 2001 Nigel felt led by God to make a recording in order to share the message of the Gospel further. The album was entitled "Come to Him" and that sentiment has been the main focus of Nigel’s music ministry, that people will respond and come to saving faith in Christ. Nigel made a second recording "Just Ask" in 2004 and since then he has continued to sing all around the Province of Northern Ireland.
"I will sing unto the Lord, because he hath dealt bountifully with me" Psalm 13 v 6.
