Alex Robb was saved at the age of five and first sang Amazing Grace in front of a congregation, at the same age. He was a member of The Harvesters for over seventeen years, touring and recording four studio albums with them, during that time.
Since the retirement of The Harvesters in January 2015, Alex now minister as a solo artist, although he had performed as a soloist on many occasions prior to this. In August of 2014, Alex was voted Male Vocalist of The Year, at the Northern Ireland Gospel Music Awards.
In May 2015, Alex released his debut solo album ‘Now I See’, with proceeds from the sale of this album going to help the work of Invisible Traffick, a charity that works against human trafficking.
The theme of the album is about being set free from sin, with songs that tell how this can be done, through Jesus Christ and songs that encourage us to rejoice and give thanks for this freedom.
When invited to minister, these are the messages in song Alex likes to sing, knowing that in Jesus, we are indeed free.
